Read the announcement ・New broadcast: you can use org.breezyweather.ACTION_UPDATE_NOTIFIER (or org.breezyweather.debug.ACTION_UPDATE_NOTIFIER with the debug build) to be notified of updated locations (most common use case is coupled with the content provider)
