Added "open apk" feature.
Description
MT Editor is a special version of Apk Editor integrated with the directory structure of MT Manager. So the work folder is "MT2/.temp", Backup folder is "MT2/apks" and Project folder is "MT2/projects".
You can tap or press install button on any ".apk" file to open it for edition by MT Editor or launch the main activity for a more deep edition.
