Notification and full-screen permissions are used only to show incoming calls. To use the full call screen, set Dialer as your default phone app in Settings. Call blocking needs the call-screening permission, which the app asks for on the Blocked Numbers screen. Privacy policy and terms are available inside the app under Settings.
