🌺 Carnelia VPN — Multi-Core Android VPN

Carnelia VPN is a modern, open-source Android VPN client built from scratch with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Instead of relying on a single networking engine, Carnelia combines multiple native cores and automatically uses the appropriate technology for each supported protocol.

Configurations can be imported through supported URI schemes, WireGuard/AmneziaWG INI files and Amnezia JSON.

🧱 Black Wall

Carnelia includes a dedicated traffic-obfuscation engine called Black Wall, featuring techniques such as TLS ClientHello fragmentation, SNI camouflage and noise traffic.

🛡️ Kill Switch & IPv6 Protection

Use the built-in Kill Switch to help prevent unwanted traffic from leaving the configured tunnel. The application also provides IPv6 leak protection and guidance for Android's system Always-on VPN settings.

✂️ Split Tunneling

Choose which applications should use the VPN tunnel and which should connect directly with per-app split tunneling.

🔗 Double Tunnel

Carnelia supports multi-hop Double Tunnel configurations, allowing traffic to pass through two tunnel stages instead of a single connection.

🔄 Automatic Reconnection

Enable automatic connection on application launch or network changes. The client can also reconnect when switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

📦 Subscriptions & Backups

Import servers through URI links or subscriptions with automatic updates. Configurations can also be exported through encrypted backups for easier restoration and transfer.

📊 Network Monitoring

Monitor your connection with real-time traffic statistics, graphs, maps and integrated core logs.

Carnelia also provides P2P chat functionality through the public Mainline DHT network, without operating its own chat server.

🌍 Multilingual Interface

The application currently supports six interface languages:

English, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic and French.

Carnelia VPN is released under the GPLv3 license. The project states that it uses no analytics, accounts or dedicated servers, with privacy documentation available in the repository.
