FreedomCat is an open-source Android proxy client based on NekoBox for Android and the sing-box universal proxy toolchain. 📱It combines a simplified interface with advanced routing, per-app VPN control, subscription management, and extended WireGuard support — including legacy AmneziaWG and AmneziaWG 3.1.

🔐 Advanced WireGuard & AmneziaWG

FreedomCat adds extended AmneziaWG support to the NekoBox foundation, including legacy AmneziaWG parameters and the newer AmneziaWG 3.1 endpoint format.

Import compatible configurations from .conf, .vpn, wireguard://, amneziawg:// and vpn:// sources, including configurations exported from the Amnezia application.

⚙️ AmneziaWG profiles can also be edited directly inside the application.

🛡️ Per-App VPN & Split Tunneling

Choose exactly which Android applications should use the VPN and which should connect directly. Per-app split tunneling works with the supported proxy protocols, including WireGuard and both legacy and 3.1 AmneziaWG configurations.

🧭 Flexible Routing

Create custom routing rules and control how traffic is handled. FreedomCat also provides built-in options for ad blocking and QUIC blocking, giving users additional control over network traffic.

📊 Connection Tools

Monitor your connection with built-in traffic statistics, logs and latency testing. Quickly test configurations and switch between available servers or groups directly from the main interface.

🎨 Simplified Interface

FreedomCat keeps the feature-rich NekoBox foundation while reworking the interface around a simpler workflow. Groups and connection profiles are presented together, reducing unnecessary navigation and making frequently used configurations easier to reach.

FreedomCat is distributed under the GPL-3.0 license. It is developed as a fork of NekoBox for Android and builds upon the wider SagerNet and sing-box ecosystem, with additional work dedicated to AmneziaWG integration and the project's customized interface.
