Description
Enable HMS (Huawei Mobile Services) Push notifications on non-Huawei devices while preventing target applications from being woken up.
This project is an LSPosed module that allows devices from other manufacturers to use the Huawei Push service. By spoofing the device environment, it enables apps that rely on HMS to receive push notifications without keeping the application process active in the background, thus improving battery life and system performance.
Installation Steps:
1. Download and install "HMS Core" from an app market.
2. Download the latest version of HMSPush. Enable the HMSPush module in LSPosed, select "System Framework" and "HMS Core" as scopes, and then restart your device.
3. In the HMSPush module settings within LSPosed, select the target applications you want to support.
Note: The purpose of this step is to spoof the application environment to appear as a Huawei device. If you are already using other methods or modules to spoof your device model, you may skip this step.
4. Restart the target applications once or twice to allow them to successfully register with the HMS push channel.
5. Force close (kill) the application processes to test if push notifications are working correctly (QQ is recommended for testing).
Notes:
- This module requires a rooted device with the LSPosed framework installed.
- Performance may vary depending on the specific ROM and the version of HMS Core installed.
