About this app
DhizukuF is a fork of Dhizuku with DISH integration and additional features.
DhizukuF is a fork of Dhizuku — a tool that shares Android Device Owner permissions with other apps. On top of everything Dhizuku does, DhizukuF adds dish, a Device Owner console you can use from any terminal (Termux, adb shell, any shell app), the same way rish works for Shizuku.
What is added Compared to upstream Dhizuku (full list in CHANGELOG.md):
dish terminal — run Device Owner commands from any shell. Export the two files from the Terminal (dish) card in the app and use them anywhere. See docs/DISH.md. Around 50 dish commands — apps (hide, suspend, block uninstall, permissions, clear data), restrictions, camera, screen capture, keyguard, ADB, private DNS, settings and more. Direct API — dish api METHOD ARGS... calls any public DevicePolicyManager method by name (and other system managers), with typed arguments and no rebuild. Clear answers — every command ends with OK: ... or NOT DONE: ... and the reason; changes are verified by reading the value back. Device Owner / Profile Owner aware — dish works in both modes; commands that need the full Device Owner say so clearly in Profile Owner mode (see docs/DISH.md). Safe start — dish checks access before the prompt appears. If dish is switched off, DhizukuF is not the Device Owner, or you refuse the request, the console does not start. Enable dish switch in Settings, next to Enable Dhizuku. The two are independent. Approval window for terminals — a terminal shows up in App management as Termux (dish) and asks for permission; optional Advanced confirmation window with a Block button and the Show dish label. User management layout fix — long user names are no longer squeezed into a one-letter column. Quick start Make DhizukuF the Device Owner. The upstream guide still applies: Dhizuku activation tutorial.
[!IMPORTANT] Set the device up without any accounts, or remove them before activating.
Open DhizukuF → Terminal (dish) → Export dish files. You get dish and dish_dhizukuf.dex; keep them together.
Start it from a terminal:
# Termux cp /sdcard/<folder>/dish* $PREFIX/bin/ && chmod +x $PREFIX/bin/dish dish dish$ help dish$ hide com.example.app OK: com.example.app is now hidden dish$ restriction add no_install_apps OK: restriction no_install_apps is now active dish$ api setCameraDisabled true OK: dpm.setCameraDisabled called (no return value) The first run opens an approval window in DhizukuF. Allow it once; later you can block or revoke it in App management.
More commands, the api syntax and rebuild steps: docs/DISH.md.

What's new
Security screen - Whitelist mode and Enable dangerous commands now live here, together with Require device authentication: Off (default), Only on confirmation, Only when opening the app, or both. The screen lock, fingerprint or face is asked by the system. On confirmation asks before Allow (permission dialog and App management); Refuse and Block never ask. If the device has no screen lock (many TV boxes) a message says so and the option stays off. Dangerous commands apply to the Dhizuku API - until now the switch never matched anything for API clients. With the switch off, an API client can no longer wipe the device, remove users or the owner, change settings, permissions, keyguard, VPN, time and similar, uninstall apps or reboot; remote_process, bind_user_service and set_delegated_scopes are refused. With the switch on everything passes. Apps that use these calls stop working until you switch it on. The list is in SECURITY.md. Hub notes - docs/HUB.md now states what works for old and new Dhizuku clients and the one limit. Fixes - dish camera / screen-capture verify the result; icons are cached properly; a cancelled activation can no longer show its result; dish terminals with an unknown package can be switched in App management; a failed hub install leaves no session behind. Project - GitHub issue forms for this project; Kotlin 2.4.21, Gradle 9.8.1.
