This is an Xposed module that allows you to block app updates (including automatic updates) for specific apps, regardless of which app store they were installed from. After selecting the apps to block from updates, the app store will still detect updates for them but will be unable to install them. You can create groups of apps and specify which app stores are allowed to update which apps. The module also includes timers: you can temporarily disable a group or the entire module to perform needed updates—no need to manually re-enable it, as this happens automatically, ensuring you won't forget. A key feature is that blocked apps can still verify their license in Google Play and make in-app purchases. This means you can disable updates for licensed apps from Google Play without breaking their license. Another advantage is that the module doesn't break SafetyNet or Play Integrity, as it doesn't hook Google Play or Google Play Services. The main reason for creating this module was Google Play's aggressive auto-update policy, which ignores and resets user-set auto-update preferences for specific apps.
