You play as a detective sent to investigate a town where everyone (Mostly men) is going insane after a previous detective went missing. You then get dragged into this weird astral train bit where God knows how many girls want to have their way with you and you got to find a way to resolve this while still keeping your sanity. 2 things of note, this game makes it very clear that all the girls are underage as from what i can gather its actually important to the story. And the other thing is...the game has a mechanic called "Madness" which builds up from getting fooled around with the girls. it hits zero you succumb to your base desires and its a game over.
