MSN-GUARD Full-device tunnel for censored networks — Rust core, native Android interface

The MSN-GUARD app is a native Android VPN client that routes all of your phone's traffic through four independent paths. Unlike proxy apps, which typically only cover the browser, this is done at the Android VpnService level. That is, a TUN interface is created, and every TCP, UDP, and QUIC packet — from any app installed on the phone — is tunneled through.

The app is structured in two parts. A Rust-based network core that implements the protocols and negotiates with the gateway, and a Kotlin layer that handles the VPN lifecycle, user interface, and platform-related tasks. There is no middleman; the phone talks directly to the upstream gateway.

What sets this project apart from a generic app is this: it targets Iranian networks, and every protocol choice you see inside comes from actual measurements on domestic operators, not guesswork or documentation. Wherever the measurement results differed from the official documentation, the measurement won.
