The official WireGuard Android client, forked — same userspace tunnel (libwg-go), same kernel-module integration when the device supports it, same .conf format. Brings nothing new to the protocol; just a rebrand plus the privacy hardening below. App lock — PIN gate on launch and after 60 seconds of backgrounding, with optional biometric (Class 3 / fingerprint or face) shortcut. Same pattern as Anon PGP / Mail. PIN hash stored in EncryptedSharedPreferences (AES-256-GCM with a Keystore-bound master key). No PIN recovery. FLAG_SECURE always — blanks the Recent Apps thumbnail and blocks screenshots, independent of the lock setting Bring your own endpoint — we ship no preconfigured tunnels, no provider list, no signup flow. The far end of the tunnel is yours (or your friend's).
