Add “Reduce network tracking” privacy option: rotates session keys on Wi‑Fi↔cellular switches and avoids Telegram CDN for media downloads, making passive correlation harder (may slow large downloads). Show a “Pre‑release” badge in the update dialog when installing a development build. Add a new Privacy section in Settings containing toggles for the Orbot proxy and reduce‑tracking features.
