What's new

v157.0.0.1Oct 5, 2026

Changes
Fixed a crash that occured on start-up for certain users. Thanks to Keanu Ghorbanian :purple_heart:! Added a UI setting to enable/disable support for Firefox VPN (Enabled by default), located at Settings -> IronFox settings -> Miscellaneous -> Enable Firefox VPN. Disabled voice search functionality to improve privacy and reduce reliance on proprietary/external services, as it depends on Google Speech Services. By default, IronFox will now use a generic device name for Firefox Sync, to prevent leaking the device model/manufacturer, and the fact that the user is using IronFox, to Mozilla. Updated to microG v0.3.17.252432. Updated to Rust 1.99.0. Additional minor tweaks and fixes.
