Routing behavior depends on the active settings and maintained rules.

🔐 DNS & Connection Security

Farvater includes several security-oriented options:

• DNS over HTTPS (DoH) • Password-protected local SOCKS5 proxy • Filtering of nodes identified as insecure • SHA-256 and APK-signature verification in supported update processes • Connection status and traffic statistics

These measures cannot guarantee that every server or imported configuration is trustworthy.
