Kiosk Satellite Updater

A standalone, single-purpose Android 10 updater utility in Kotlin targeting me.jxl.kiosk_satellite on unrooted Meta Portal devices (Portal 10", Portal Mini, Portal Plus). Strictly Meta Portal — Echo Show LineageOS ports can be switched into Device Manager mode instead, which covers the same need without this app.

While enabled, the foreground service periodically checks GitHub and installs Kiosk Satellite on its own — installing just the updater is enough to end up with both apps present, no manual /update call needed. Toggling it off stops the periodic check; /update still works on demand either way.
