👻 Ghostly VPN — Xray-Powered VPN Client

Ghostly VPN is an open-source, cross-platform VPN and proxy client built around Xray-core. It provides a modern interface for managing VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks and Hysteria2 configurations, with Android and Windows support and additional platforms planned.

Import configurations from subscription URLs, Base64 data, JSON/Xray configurations, QR codes, clipboard content and supported deep links such as "ghostly://" and "happ://add/".

⚡ Server Selection & Connection

The client provides tools for finding and switching between available servers:

• TCP latency testing • Xray-based connection latency • Automatic server selection • Automatic server switching after connection failures • Connection health monitoring • Automatic reconnection • Startup connection support • Real-time upload/download statistics • Session timer

A connection watchdog periodically checks whether traffic is actually passing through the active tunnel and can switch to another available server when necessary.

Ghostly VPN provides flexible traffic routing with:

Android also provides a Quick Settings tile and compatibility with Android's Always-on VPN / kill-switch functionality.

The project uses Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform, with platform-specific VPN and desktop networking components.
