MT Manager

MT Manager is a powerful file management tool and APK reverse modification artifact. If you like its dual-window operation style, you can simply use it as a file manager. If you have a deep interest in modifying APKs, you can use it to do many things, such as Chinese localization of applications, replacing resources, modifying layouts, modifying logic code, resource obfuscation, removing signature verification, etc., depending on how you use it. The current main functions are: - File copying, moving, creating soft links, renaming, deleting, creating files (folders), and batch operations on files. After obtaining Root permission, you can access the system directory, mount the file system for read and write, and modify the file permissions and owners. - Open ZIP files like WinRAR, you can delete, rename, move, add/replace external files to ZIP files without unpacking and repacking, and support unpacking some files in ZIP separately. - Comes with a powerful text editor that can smoothly edit large text files, supports setting whether to display line numbers, switch automatic line breaks, two-finger zoom font size, automatic identification of encoding, code syntax highlighting, automatic indentation, regular search and replace. - It has functions such as image viewing, music playback, font preview, script execution, text comparison, etc., and you can easily view storage devices, FTP connections, bookmarks, background, tools, etc. in the side bar. - APK editing functions, mainly including DEX editing, ARSC editing, XML editing, APK signature, APK optimization, APK coexistence, signature verification removal, RES resource obfuscation, RES anti-resource obfuscation, translation mode, etc.

About version naming

From 2026 onwards, MT will adopt the "2.Year.month" as the version number naming rule.

Previously, we used the format "2.Major version number. Minor version number" format, where the major version usually represents major changes and the minor version is used for bug fixes. However, each update of MT often includes new features and bug fixes at the same time, and even inevitably introduces new problems, making the distinction between "major/minor versions" insignificant and prone to misunderstanding.

In the past few years, MT has basically maintained the rhythm of "one update per month", so the use of the time format is more in line with the release pattern, and it is also convenient for everyone to judge whether it is the latest version at a glance.
