🚇 Di-Tunnel — Xray-Powered VPN Client

Di-Tunnel is a cross-platform VPN client for Android and Windows built around Xray-core. It provides subscription management, server testing, VPN/TUN routing, split tunnelling and connection recovery.

🌐 Supported Protocols

The current connection engine supports:

• Hysteria 2 • VLESS over TCP • VLESS over WebSocket • VLESS over HTTP Upgrade • Trojan • Shadowsocks SIP002

VMess and arbitrary Xray JSON configurations can be imported and stored, but active connection support is not yet implemented.

🔗 Profiles & Subscriptions

Add configurations through:

• Subscription URLs • Clipboard • QR codes • Manual profiles • Individual proxy links

Subscriptions can be refreshed manually, with built-in server testing for available profiles.

⚡ Server Testing

Di-Tunnel provides:

• Quick TCP testing • Hysteria 2 HTTP testing • HTTPS request testing • Lowest-latency server selection • Automatic retry • Server switching after connection problems

🛡️ VPN & Routing

The application uses system VPN/TUN functionality and supports:

• Full VPN mode • Bypass selected destinations • VPN-only selected destinations • Domain and IPv4 rules • Per-app routing on Android

Windows currently does not support per-app routing.

🔒 Connection Protection

Features include:

• Windows kill switch • IPv4/IPv6 traffic filtering • Automatic VPN recovery • Network-change detection • Automatic reconnection • Safe server switching • Android Always-on VPN compatibility

On Windows, the kill switch uses Windows Filtering Platform rules to block traffic outside the tunnel.

🔐 Local Data Protection

• Windows profiles use Windows DPAPI • Android data remains in private app storage • Sensitive Android data uses Android Keystore • Android app data is excluded from backups

🌍 DNS & Leak Validation

The project provides checks for VPN IPv4/IPv6 routing, DNS behavior and direct-traffic blocking. Results depend on the selected profile, server and operating system.

The Android release currently supports arm64-v8a only.

📦 Updates

Windows can check for new GitHub releases. Downloaded installers are checked against their published SHA-256 checksum before installation.

⚠️ Current Limitations

• VMess connection is not implemented • Arbitrary Xray JSON connection is not implemented • AmneziaWG is not supported • Android releases are ARM64-only • Windows installer is currently unsigned

Bundled Xray-core and libXray components are licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0). Their respective copyright notices and third-party licensing terms remain applicable.

Di-Tunnel is a VPN client, not a VPN service or server provider. Users need compatible proxy configurations, subscriptions or servers. Availability and performance depend on the selected server, configuration and network.
