What's new

v0.4.2Oct 16, 2026
  • [Fix] In MD3, when the search button is enabled, the navigation dock aligns itself to the side edge of the search bar. This prevents additional blank space from appearing due to content centering.
  • [Fix] When the horizontal mode’s message bar switch is activated, it follows the selected theme color. This ensures that the color scheme is consistent with the vertical mode’s message bar switch and progress bar. In Glass mode, the emphasis color is used; in native mode, the main theme color is used.
  • [Fix] For horizontal full-screen titles, scrolling is now supported for long titles. Titles scroll within the width of the title capsules. There are no more ellipsis markers, and the right-side operation area isn’t squeezed. After disabling animations, only single-ellipsis markers remain.
  • [Improvement] The “Contributors” section in the Help and About sections has been renamed “Developers”. More developer information has been added.
  • [Fix] After enabling Liquid Glass, the detailed comment section uses a vertical gesture-based determination of direction. This prevents pagination from occurring when scrolling diagonally or in a list. The ability to switch between scrolling the introduction and comments remains unchanged. After disabling Liquid Glass, the native pagination gestures continue to be used.
  • [Fix] On the details page, text and markers for currently playing chapters, as well as icons and progress bars for active sections, follow the selected theme color. Glass mode and native mode use different color schemes. The time text and glass slider remain white.
  • [Fix] In Miuix themes, the audio quality, video quality, playback speed, and vertical alignment of text on the Liquid Glass video controls are consistent across both modes. The problem of text being positioned too high within the capsule has been resolved.
  • [Fix] After disabling Liquid Glass, the underline at the top of the MD3 homepage continues to follow the pagination progress when clicked or dragged. The stretching and shrinking animations have been improved, and the hover animations for clicking on the introduction/comments have been aligned properly. This prevents sudden jumps when releasing the mouse.
  • [Fix] After disabling automatic horizontal/vertical mode switching, the phone’s normal playback page remains in vertical mode. This prevents the system from rotating the screen without allowing switching to horizontal mode automatically. Manual switching between full screen and normal mode is still possible.
  • [Addition] Search results support animations that expand and collapse the entire card, just like those in UP hosts and anime episodes. This makes it compatible with both regular columns and new columns with dynamic transitions between images and text. The text appears smoothly after expansion is complete, and the search list position and column redirection are preserved.
  • [Improvement] Both the UP homepage and anime episode details use the same animations for expanding cards: slow fade-in/out, segmented fade-in/out, and top-aligned cropping. The source list is faded out earlier to reduce overlapping text and images.
  • [Fix] The video card entry and exit transitions on the search page have been restored. Double-tap scaling allows adjusting the number of columns and switching between single-column and grid layouts. Results for UP hosts, related videos, and anime episodes are still displayed. Transitions, returning to the top, and pagination interactions have also been improved.
  • [Improvement] The color palette options now display the English names, Chinese descriptions, and three color samples. TonalSpot, Neutral, Vibrant, and Expressive support the full SPEC_2025 color scheme as well as switching to SPEC_2021. Other styles use compatible standards, and the previous preference is retained. The preview, theme, and playback notifications use the actual standard colors.
  • [Fix] The extended color palette retains the main theme color and container background color. Text and icons with insufficient contrast in candy-style designs are adjusted to a readable level. This includes adjustments for light/dark colors, solid-color containers, and wallpaper role editing. The color scheme for enabling and disabling Liquid Glass remains consistent.
  • [Fix] Horizontal and vertical subtitle menus support scrolling up and down within the available height. Issues such as truncated lists when there are many subtitles, inability to select AI-generated subtitles, or accessing settings at the bottom have been resolved. The original size and style are maintained.
  • [Fix] For vertical playback, the attention button in UP host previews supports clicking to recheck the status. Once the correct status is confirmed, the user can continue to follow or unfollow the host. If the query fails, repeated clicks during the confirmation process are merged together. The confirmation result of completed follow operations is reused.
