🔐 Privycs VPN — Multi-Protocol VPN Manager

Privycs VPN is a multi-protocol VPN management client designed for users who want to manage different VPN connections from one application. Instead of providing its own VPN servers, Privycs lets you bring your own server configurations or compatible provider profiles and manage them through a unified interface.

🌐 Four VPN Protocols in One App

Privycs supports four major VPN technologies:

• WireGuard • AmneziaWG • OpenVPN • IPSec / IKEv2

This makes it possible to manage different types of VPN servers without installing a separate client for every protocol.

📂 Flexible Configuration Import

Import existing VPN configurations directly into the application. Supported formats include WireGuard and AmneziaWG ".conf" files, OpenVPN ".ovpn" files, Android IPSec ".sswan" profiles, and iOS IPSec ".mobileconfig" files.

QR-code import is also available for compatible configurations, making it easy to add a connection from another device or gateway.

🔄 Connection Pools

Privycs can group multiple server configurations into a single virtual connection through Connection Pools. Large collections of VPN configurations can be managed together using different rotation strategies, including Geo-Nearest, Round-Robin, and Random.

Pre-warm probing and dead-server recovery help the pool identify usable connections and recover when a selected server becomes unavailable.

🛡️ Kill Switch & Split Tunneling

The application provides a real kill switch based on Android VPN sinkhole handling or operating-system firewall rules on supported platforms. If a tunnel unexpectedly drops, traffic can be blocked instead of silently falling back to the normal connection.

Per-pool split tunneling is also available, allowing selected IPv4 and IPv6 CIDR ranges to bypass the VPN tunnel.

📡 Connection Monitoring

Monitor tunnel health with connection status and periodic network probes. Live transfer statistics provide additional information about active connections.

⚙️ Automation & Network Rules

On supported versions, Privycs can connect on demand and apply network-specific rules. Connections can be associated with Wi-Fi or mobile networks and configured around trusted or untrusted network conditions.

🔐 Local & Encrypted Backups

VPN configurations can be exported as encrypted local backups using AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2, providing a way to preserve connection settings without storing them in a cloud service.

Privycs is released under GPL-3.0 for its Android and Desktop applications. The project is designed around local configuration management and does not require a cloud service for normal VPN operation.
