HandyList allows you to manage multiple lists. As you complete each item, you can mark it and then delete all checked items. Items can be prioritized using color coding, and the list can be exported to a text file.

This app works great on your phone, as well as standalone on Android/Wear OS 1.x smartwatches - even when the watch is in airplane mode or is far from your phone. The app's watch list mode includes a built-in scrolling keyboard that allows you to enter lists and item names directly from your watch! But if you prefer to type on your phone, you can create a list and send it to your watch.
