MobileClaw is the Android port of OpenClaw. It turns your phone into an AI agent — tell it what to do in your own language and it taps, types, reads, calls, and navigates for you. Runs with cloud AI (Claude, GPT, Gemini, 10 providers) or entirely offline with Gemma 4 on-device.

What's new
- NetworkMonitor: onAvailable no longer optimistically marks online before capabilities are delivered. Captive-portal Wi-Fi is now correctly classified as offline from the first callback (was: brief false-positive "online" window). - Network error message: SocketTimeoutException no longer leads with "Tailscale" — that wording was confusing for the 95% of users on cellular/Wi-Fi who never heard of Tailscale. New message: "The server is taking too long to respond. Check your network signal." with VPN hint as a parenthetical. - AgentRuntime: collapsed 3 separate IOException-subclass catch blocks into a single IOException catch — formatNetworkError() already dispatches by exception type. Cleaner code, same behavior. - Tests: fixed an UnknownHostException test that gave false confidence by using a bare hostname (no colon). Java's real JVM exception message format is "host: detail" — added tests for both formats.
