“App Search: Find apps fast” (by Axolotl9) is a lightweight Android app launcher that helps you quickly search for apps and open them. It lets you favorite commonly used apps, hide unwanted ones, and improve search with options like aliases/shortcuts, fuzzy matching, package-name matching, and T9-style search. It also supports customization of the search panel (look, layout, and behavior), plus customizing app icons via icon packs. You can launch the search from anywhere by setting it as your “digital assistant,” or using a widget/notification tile.
