About this App If you use android 10 or higher, it is important that you install ACR accessibility helpper to be able to record calls. Phone dialer app that respects privacy ACR Phone Dialer & Spam Blocker is a phone app that can replace your default dialer. This is a brand new app and we are constantly improving it. Here are some features of ACR Phone Dialer & Spam Blocker Privacy: We only request permissions that are absolutely necessary. For example, while allowing access to contacts improves features, the app works even if you deny permission to contacts. Your personal data, like contacts and call logs, is never transferred out of your phone. phone app: Clean and fresh design with dark theme support. Currently under heavy development and may have some bugs. You have the option to disable it if you are not satisfied. If you see any issues with call handling, please let us know. Blacklist / Spam blocking: Unlike many other services, this is an offline feature where you create your own block list. You can add any unwanted number to Black List from call logs, contact lists or enter the number manually. The Blacklist has different matching rules, such as exact or relaxed matching. You can schedule blacklist rules by number. Fully implemented and ready to use. Call Announcer: Announce contact names and numbers for incoming calls. It has advanced features such as recognizing when headphones or Bluetooth headsets are connected. Call notes: Add and edit notes or call reminders during or after the call has ended. Backup: Easily export or import your Call Logs, Contacts and Call Block database. Partially implemented. Outgoing Call Blocker: Optionally, you can enable blocking of outgoing calls to numbers on your block list. Fully implemented and ready to use. Call log: View and search all your calls in a clean interface. Fully implemented and ready to use Contacts: Simple contact list to quickly find and call your contacts. Partially completed. Dual SIM support: Dual SIM phones are supported. You can set a default dial account or decide just before each phone call Video and photo on call screen: You can customize call screen by contact and have video or photo as call screen. SIP client (on compatible devices): Make and receive SIP calls directly from the app with the built-in SIP client for VoIP calls over 3G or Wi-Fi. Call recording (on supported devices): Record your calls with advanced call recording features.
