Open-source, free HTTP(S) traffic capture software ProxyPin supports all major platforms.

You can use it to intercept, inspect, and rewrite HTTP(S) traffic. It supports capturing traffic from Flutter apps. ProxyPin is developed with Flutter, offering a beautiful and easy-to-use UI.
