Added an optimized AVX2 path for "gv_rol32". Improved SPU LLVM handling and "SHUFB" constant generation. Updated RSX "nv0039" handling, including fixes for image interleaving/de-interleaving. Updated the bundled "discord-rpc" dependency. Includes the latest upstream RPCS3 changes and fixes.
