goon

Self-hosted aggregator for adult-content scene metadata. Indexes scenes from TPDB, StashDB, and 30+ public adult tube sites; deduplicates across sources; serves an API and mobile (React Native) client for browsing and linking out to playback.

Features

- Multi-source ingest: pulls canonical scene, performer, and studio metadata from TPDB and StashDB on a delta cron, merging duplicates by performer, title, and date heuristics using perceptual hash and Levenshtein title distance. - Tube discovery: per-performer search across 30+ public adult tube sites (mainstream and aggregators) scraped directly via HTTP without proprietary API dependencies. - Stream resolution on demand: extracts fresh m3u8 or mp4 URLs from the tube page when requested (or falls back to embed link for WebView playback). Mainstream tubes use yt-dlp; aggregator tubes use a generic P.A.C.K.E.R. unpacker for JWPlayer-based hosters. - Mobile client (Expo / React Native): includes a scene grid, performer pages, watch history, favorites, hold-to-preview animated thumbnails, and age-gate disclaimer on first launch. - Performer-driven backfill: a continuous worker walks performers ordered by last searched date and back-fills tube scenes for the longest-stale performer first. - Privacy focused: does not host or store media (scene metadata and thumbnail URLs only), does not bypass paywalls, authentication, geo-blocks, or DRM, and contains no telemetries by default (Sentry telemetry is opt-in).
