ApexTuner is a local-first Android toolkit for device health, storage, privacy and performance—without fake “RAM boosting” or risky one-tap cleaning.

DASHBOARD See live RAM, storage, battery, network, thermal, uptime and CPU information, plus history charts, signals and recommendations for heat, low storage and memory pressure. Unavailable values are reported honestly.

STORAGE CLEANER Scan available MediaStore content, user-selected SAF folders/files, Android Photo Picker selections and optional Usage Access cache insight. Review large files, photos, videos, documents, archives, APKs, temporary files, logs and empty folders. Find exact duplicates with streaming SHA-256 verification. Premium tools review similar or blurry photos, screenshots, bursts and repeated downloads, then help choose the best-quality or newest copy. Smart Review highlights opportunities without auto-selecting files. Re-encode eligible media into a verified copy, or replace an original only after confirmation. Nothing is silently deleted. Review selections, move supported media to Android Trash when possible, or choose permanent deletion. Photo Picker results remain read-only.

BATTERY, MEMORY AND PERFORMANCE Explore battery health, temperature, voltage, current, charging source, energy counters and cycle count where available. Track charging sessions, capacity trends, thermal signals and Battery Saver. Review RAM pressure, swap, process memory and heaps. Inspect CPU use, frequencies, governors, GPU signals, thermal status and I/O controls. Reversible Balanced, Battery, Performance and Gaming profiles change supported Android settings and keep restore points.

APP MANAGER Inventory installed packages, including apps without launcher icons. Search, filter user/system apps, and sort by usage, updates, permissions, target SDK and review priority. Inspect app details where Android allows it; open settings, launch apps and request uninstall. Export a direct installable APK or a complete base/split APK set as separate APK files. App-private data is never exported.

NETWORK AND LOCAL FIREWALL Inspect connection, metered state, captive portals, MTU, DNS and Private DNS. Network Quality Lab checks IPv4/IPv6 reachability, latency, jitter, DNS and TCP behavior. With Usage Access, review historical app traffic. Premium local firewall uses Android VPN consent to route selected apps into an on-device sink; traffic is discarded locally, never forwarded or stored.

EVERYDAY TOOLS • Browse, rename, copy, move and create folders in granted SAF locations; create/extract ZIP archives. • Review duplicate contacts on-device, merge after confirmation, and undo during the session. • Opt in to local notification history with retention controls and per-app muting. • Record the screen through Android consent to MediaStore, without microphone permission. • Capture diagnostic baselines, compare changes, and export local JSON or HTML reports. • View device, Android, kernel, CPU, memory, storage, display, sensors, cameras, battery, DRM, boot and security information. • Use Premium Game Session Booster for reversible per-game profiles, optional Do Not Disturb, thermal warnings and restoration. • Add a floating CPU/RAM/battery/temperature/network monitor, Quick Settings tile and widgets. • Configure scheduled maintenance, profile automation, reminders and local settings/inventory backups. • Optional Shizuku, Sui or root enables allow-listed advanced diagnostics and reversible app/CPU actions. Thermal protection stays Android-controlled.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN Diagnostics, storage analysis, hashes, notification history and reports stay local. ApexTuner does not upload file contents, filenames, hashes, metadata, notifications or device telemetry. Android confirmation and settings screens remain in control. A one-time Premium purchase unlocks premium tools—there is no subscription. Availability varies by Android version, hardware, permissions and optional Shizuku/root setup.
