MIDI Clef turns an Android phone or tablet into a full music workstation. Play MIDI files, MOD trackers and CDG (MP3+G) karaoke, follow synchronized lyrics and chords on screen, plug in an external MIDI keyboard, and capture your own karaoke covers — with the responsiveness and sound quality you'd expect from dedicated hardware.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH MIDI CLEF • Play MIDI, MOD and CDG tracks with real-time visualization • Load your own SoundFonts (SF2, SF3, SFZ) and assign custom presets per channel • Read lyrics and chords live, with fully customizable fonts, colors and a background of your choice — even an image or video • Record karaoke in one tap, with reverb and chorus on the vocal • Reshape any MIDI on the fly: transpose, change tempo, swap instruments, adjust pan, chorus and reverb per channel • Solo or mute individual channels when you want to focus on a single part • Shape your sound with a 6-band equalizer and an effects chain that includes reverb, chorus, pitch shift and damping • Drop markers and loop between them to drill tricky passages • Per-file presets that reload automatically next time you open the track • Connect an external MIDI keyboard and use MIDI Clef as a sound module • Layouts designed for both phones and tablets

SUPPORTED FORMATS AND STANDARDS • Standard MIDI (SMF 0/1, RMI), with GM, GS, XG and XF, including embedded lyrics and chord names • CD+G / MP3+G karaoke tracks • MOD trackers: IT, MOD, MTM, S3M, UMX, XM • SoundFonts: SF2, SF3, SFZ • Audio: AAC, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, OGG, WAV • Lyrics: enhanced LRC and NCN karaoke (LYR/CUR files, also inside EMK containers)
