- Rebuilt: Medium and High tiers now shrink embedded photos in place, leaving text sharp and selectable. Smallest is untouched, and a file that can't shrink ships unchanged instead of growing.

- Rebuilt: Unlock now performs real decryption, verified before reporting success. Every tool decrypts locked files in memory, and outputs of locked inputs are disclosed as unlocked. Wrong passwords now name the file.
