AxManagerD unlocks device-owner capabilities on unrooted Android devices via Dhizuku. It supports operations such as hiding, suspending, or force-stopping apps, granting or denying permissions, blocking uninstallation, and restarting devices — all powered by a binder-bridged DPM service.
