Helper for Morphe

A standalone Android helper app that finds and returns original APK files requested by Morphe Manager. It receives a package/version request via Android intent, resolves a matching file from supported APK sources, downloads it, and returns a content:// URI to the caller.

⚠️ Source availability, package versions, download formats, and region/device access can change at any time. This project is independent from the listed APK sources.

Request handling

- Handles app.morphe.manager.action.DOWNLOAD_ORIGINAL_APK requests - Supports split archives: APK, APKM, APKS, XAPK - Shows app icon, name, package, version, build, format, and ABI - Filter multi-format requests to a single file type - Reuse matching files from previous runs (when auto-clear is off)

- 10 sources: APKMirror, Uptodown, APKPure, APKCombo, Aptoide, Evozi, Mi9, APK Downloader, Aurora, Play - Enable/disable each source individually - Set a default source - Each source offers: Manual, Recommended (exact version), Latest (newest compatible), History (browse all versions) - In-app captcha browser for Cloudflare-protected sources

Fast Mode

- One-tap auto-resolve across enabled sources - Version policies: Requested, Latest, or Always ask - Verifies downloaded file's manifest (package, version name, version code) before handoff

VirusTotal scanning (optional)

- Toggle + API key in Settings - Scan modes: Never / Ask / Always - Cached report reuse (SHA-256 lookup) - Split bundles scanned per inner APK - Rate-limit aware with quota bars and automatic retry

Download & handoff

- Live speed + ETA in notification and in-app card - Progress phases: Downloading → Extracting → Scanning - SHA-256 validation when available - Files stored in cache (auto-clear toggle) or Downloads/Helper for Morphe - Storage card shows cache and downloads sizes

Find New Apps

- Live community patch index (morphe-archive JSON) - Searchable app list with installed/not installed filters - Favourites, sort options (A–Z, Z–A, recent additions, updates) - Per-app detail with patch groups per source

Appearance, DNS & logs

- Dark / Light / System theme with Material You accent colors - AdGuard DNS for ad/tracker blocking - Settings tabs: Settings, Health, History, Logs - Full request + HTTP log with Share export for bug reports

Important notes

- Only download apps you are authorised to access - Does not bypass paid apps, license checks, account restrictions, or DRM - Always verify downloaded files before installing
