outage repot

This is a web wrapper for the site https://outage.report. made with webtoapp The purpose is to view sites and services that are down. I made this because the app doesn't detector no longer exists as a standalone app. My original plan was to make a wrapper for down detector instead, but their ad blocking detection and cloudflare made it too annoying, so found an alternative site. The modifications are that ads are blocked and it follows system dark mode. While the list is not as extensive as down detector, it has most of the most popular services on here and working.
