This is how Telegram knows the app is connecting on your behalf. Go to https://my.telegram.org/apps Log in with your Telegram phone number Click "API development tools" Fill in the form (App title: Tele, Short name: tele, Platform: Android, Description: Android TV client for Telegram) Click "Create application" You'll see your api_id and api_hash - save these somewhere safe Keep these private.
