What works today:

* Local library — pick a folder with the Storage Access Framework (no broad storage permission), scan it, and browse Songs, Albums, and Artists with search. * Streaming from your own Jellyfin or Navidrome / Subsonic server: test the connection, sign in, sync, and play, including over HTTPS. * A smart offline cache — download tracks for offline play, with a size limit and a "Keep offline" pin. * Queue / Up Next, playlists and favourites (synced with Jellyfin where it's supported), and automatic "smart mixes" built from on-device signals. * Background playback with a media notification and lock-screen, Bluetooth, and wired-headset controls, plus shuffle / repeat and synced lyrics. * Android Auto browsing, and casting to a Chromecast, speaker, or TV through a pure-Dart Cast implementation (no Google Play Services).

F-Droid source-build fix
Commits native/linthra_core/Cargo.lock so the Rust dependency manifest has a matching lockfile in the tagged source tree. This resolves the dependency-scanner failure introduced when the standalone Rust core was added in v0.2.0. Rust Clippy, unit tests, and the 200k-track benchmark now run with --locked, preventing CI from silently changing dependency resolution. No player behavior changes Playback, local library behavior, Jellyfin, Navidrome / Subsonic, Plex, offline cache, casting, Android Auto, playlists, favorites, and onboarding remain functionally unchanged from v0.2.0. This patch exists so the next immutable release tag contains the complete dependency-locking state F-Droid expects. Upgrade and distribution notes Normal in-place updates preserve accounts, settings, playlists, catalog, favorites, and cache. Do not mix GitHub and F-Droid installations because the APKs use different signing keys and cannot update one another. F-Droid builds and signs its own APKs from the source tag; GitHub Release APKs are signed by the upstream project. The existing v0.2.0 tag remains untouched and immutable; v0.2.1 carries the source-build correction forward.
