LTE cleaner:

It is a foss (free and open source) cleaner that doesn't have all the shady bs and permissions that most cleaners do so you have to worry about your data being stolen! (Disclaimer this app cannot clean app cache as that is impossible. The way the other cleaners do it is by abusing permissions to automatically hit the clear cache option in app settings but this altogether is impossible on later android versions i believe)
