A free dual-pane, Material Design file manager for Android, focused on APKs and aiming to be an open-source alternative to MT Manager.

Features

File manager

- Dual-pane navigation, so two folders can be browsed side by side and files moved or copied between panes. - A separate home folder for each pane, plus back and forward buttons, a sync button, new file or folder, and parent folder. - Bookmarks and history drawer, opened by swiping up on the bottom bar. Bookmarks can be deleted by long-pressing. - Filtering, sorting, and hidden files: filter the current folder as you type, sort by name, size, date, or type, reverse the order, and choose whether a sort applies only to the current folder or everywhere. System-hidden files and a manual hide list can be toggled. - Advanced search by file name, optionally recursive, with match case, regular expressions, text content search, and minimum or maximum file size. Recent searches are saved. - File operations: create, rename, copy, move, delete with progress, extract and add files in ZIP and APK, automatic signing option for APKs, and batch rename using templates with prefix, suffix, numbering, and find and replace. - File properties and sharing: view type, size, and last modified date, copy any value to the clipboard with a long press, and share or open files with another app.

Media

- Built-in audio and video player with a mini player dialog (artwork, seek bar, playback controls), background playback, and a full player. - Image viewer with swipe between pictures in the same directory, EXIF metadata for supported files, and delete or share from the viewer.

APK tools

- Tap an APK to see its icon, name, version code and name, package name, signature schemes (V1, V2, V3, V4), and whether it is protected. Files inside the APK can also be viewed. - Installs regular and split APKs. - Sign APKs and split APKs with a custom or default debug key. Supports JKS and PKCS12 keystores, PK8 and PEM keys, and generating new keys in the app. Automatic signing after modifying an APK can be toggled and configured. Biometrics can replace entering the password each time. - Full APKEditor integration: decompile an APK, build an APK from a decompiled folder, merge (AntiSplit), refactor obfuscated resource names, and protect. - Quick edit APK attributes: launcher icon, app name, install location, version code and name, minimum and target SDK, and any activity or manifest property from a tree view, including disabling entries. - APK optimisation and cloning: remove chosen files with an editable default list of common tracker and metadata files, and clone an APK with a new package name. - Dex editing with DEX Editor Pro. When editing a dex file inside an APK, choose which dex files to load. Saving asks whether to add the modified file back into the APK and sign it, and a .bak backup is created upon modifying an APK.

Editing and comparing

- Full text editor based on Sora Editor, with a customisable bottom bar, regex find and replace, and many editor features. Binary Android XML (AXML) files can be decoded for editing and re-encoded on save automatically. - Compare tools for two text files, two ZIP or APK files, or two resources.arsc files. Select one item in each pane and the matching compare option appears in the file menu. - APK Extractor: batch extract APKs and pull out specific parts such as the app icon, resources.arsc, classes.dex, AndroidManifest.xml, base.apk, splits, native libraries, and the launch activity. Split APKs can be merged into a single APK before extracting, and anything can be shared directly.

FTP

- FTP server with custom port, username, and password, kept alive by a notification, with saveable profiles and copyable or shareable device IP. - FTP client to connect to a server and browse remote folders in either pane, with the same navigation controls as local files. Files can be uploaded from the device, and connection details can be saved as profiles.

Utilities

- Screen colour picker: floating overlay to find colours anywhere on the screen. - Layout inspector: inspect the view hierarchy of any app through a floating overlay window. - Command Helper: create templates for commands that can be quickly applied to any selected file. Generates commands for several files at once, previews them, and copies or runs them directly in Termux.

Appearance and storage

- System, light, dark, and black themes, all with Material Design and Dynamic Colors. - The sidebar shows mounted storages with used and free space.

Note

This app is still under heavy development and probably has many bugs to fix.
