🔧 Advanced Architecture

NekoPro goes beyond a simple rebranding of its upstream project. It introduces structural changes to the Android networking stack, including custom protocol registration, Mihomo bridging for VLESS-XHTTP and Snell, Snell v6 integration through sing-snell, IPv6 parsing improvements, and migration of legacy TUN, sniffing and DNS configuration fields to the newer sing-box configuration model.

🔐 Privacy & Security

The built-in Clash API listens only on the local loopback interface and uses a randomly generated secret for authentication. The project also takes additional measures to avoid unnecessarily exposing sensitive proxy credentials in imports, sharing functions and logs.
