What's new
- ✨ New Features · New "Category card style" option under Custom shortcuts: the cards on the categories page can switch between "Minimal" (icon, name and count only - now the default) and "Border", so you can tune the visual density to taste · The "Navigation bar position" option now uses the same dropdown style as "Items per row", unifying the controls across the settings list
- 🐛 Bug Fixes · Fixed deleting files or folders inside another app's Android/data or Android/obb directory failing with a "permission denied (errno = 13)" error · Fixed a restricted folder being wrongly reported as "permission required" once everything inside it had been deleted · Fixed searching with the scope set to Android/data never finding any file or folder (it always showed "No results") · Fixed copy, paste, rename, move-to-recycle-bin and restore-from-recycle-bin failing or writing incomplete data for items inside restricted directories on some of the fallback channels
- ⚡ Performance · Fixed occasional one-to-two second stalls when opening folders on remote servers (SFTP / SMB / FTP / WebDAV): one redundant list sort was removed, a folder's item count is now queried only once (repeated requests used to queue up and run serially), remote folders no longer trigger a pointless local scan, WebDAV no longer dumps the whole directory response into the log and now has a read timeout, and the SMB health check on returning to the foreground no longer forces a full share enumeration · The categories page now uses narrower side margins so the cards sit more comfortably; vertical spacing is unchanged, so the number of rows visible on one screen stays the same
