A mod of inotia00's Vanced Extended mod of YouTube Vanced to change the "Old layout" option to spoof to 19.11.01 instead of 17.08.35

YouTube Vanced Extended is a modded YouTube client with features like no ads, background play and features like SponsorBlock and Return YouTube Dislike. I tried to block the the layout rendering Host but there's still rendering issues.
