Introduction MoeTranslate is an Android translation app developed based on the accessibility screenshot feature for Android 11+. Supports two modes: - Local OCR recognition + text translation: Uses ML Kit for local OCR recognition (supported source languages: Chinese, Japanese, English, Korean). The recognized text is then translated using a specific API. - Direct image upload for translation: Uploads the screenshot directly to a specific API for translation. Suitable when the source language is not Chinese, Japanese, English, or Korean. I. Translation Feature Translation is the core function of MoeTranslate. Each of the two modes supports different APIs. In addition, you can customize the API interface for translation. Both modes support custom API interfaces. This means you can set up your preferred translation service on a computer on your local network (e.g., a local Sakura translation model) and use it conveniently on your phone via MoeTranslate.
