BuzzKill powers your phone off when you stop using it at night, so notifications and the temptation to scroll cannot wake you up at 2am.
You set a nightly kill zone (e.g. 23:00 to 07:00). Inside that window, BuzzKill watches for the screen to stay off for a configurable number of minutes, then triggers the system shutdown via an accessibility service. Outside the zone the app does nothing.
To come back on in the morning, use your phone's built-in scheduled power-on (e.g. on OnePlus: Settings, Additional settings, Scheduled power on/off). BuzzKill cannot enable this for you, so an onboarding checklist reminds you.

- Fixed: per-day "advanced day" modes now actually work. The Hacker-mode per-weekday settings (Off / Zone / All-day) were saved and shown in the UI but never consulted by the shutdown logic, so a day set to Off still powered the phone off inside the time window (e.g. a weekend pause still triggered at Saturday 01:00). Every arm/kill decision now respects the current day's mode: ・Off — never powers off that day. ・Zone — only inside the configured time window. ・All-day — active the full 24h.
- Day attribution is by the current calendar day, so the early-morning tail of a window that wraps past midnight (e.g. 21:00→05:30) is governed by today's mode, not the previous evening's. A weekend pause now correctly stops at the Friday→Saturday midnight boundary.
