An Android app that rejects calls from numbers matching various conditions. Issues - On Android versions before Q (API 29), the app does not always get notified about incoming calls in time to reject them before the ringer starts. This is fixed in Q with the CallScreeningService API. - On Android versions before Lollipop (API 21), the app must run as a system app to block calls.
