perf(native): reduce MediaProvider FUSE overhead
Optimize the main performance bottleneck in the MediaProvider/FUSE hot path.
Removed FuseHide's dependence on the ICU Default_Ignorable_Code_Point query, instead used Unicode 12.1 static range tables aligned with the Android kernel casefold, and added fast paths for ASCII compare, NeedsSanitization, and RewriteString to reduce Unicode processing overhead on the normal path.
Optimize relative path canonicalization, reduce duplication of Normalize/Canonicalize and character-by-character std::string::push_back; at the same time, allow UIDs without hide rules to be returned directly before entering the pathname classification cache to avoid meaningless allocation, hashing and cache pollution caused by non-target applications.
Shrink the inode->path tracking range, retain only the paths related to the hidden policy, and remove the O(N) pseudo-LRU eviction when the 16384-item cache is full to avoid repeatedly traversing the entire inode cache during a full scan.
Keep the native hook diagnostic switch, but restore normal hook installation by default to avoid the diagnostic status from affecting the actual hidden logic.
