OpenPillReminder is an open source pill tracking app for Android.

Open Pill Reminder is a simple and reliable way to keep track of your birth control pill regimen. Setup takes just a few minutes: select the type of package (number of tablets) and indicate the time when you usually take the tablets. Open Pill Reminder will then send you unobtrusive notifications so you never miss a dose. You can also easily view the status of your current packaging at any time.
