• Verified end to end on a physical device (Vivo V2036, Android 13): every tool opened, every supported scanner produced live data, and no crashes were observed.
• Hardware now follows the app lifecycle • Radios, sensors, the microphone and ranging sessions are released when ZeroDroid goes to the background (Home, app switch, lock) and re-acquired when you come back. Leaving a screen still stops its scan immediately. One-shot tools (network scan, privacy audit) and UWB ranging pause without auto-resuming; wardriving keeps its foreground service so collection continues.
• Fixes • WiFi Analyzer, Ultrasonic, Wardriving and Alert Center buttons no longer wrap onto two lines • Sensor cards, privacy score rows, Bluetooth Classic, detection cards, rogue AP details, network scanner badges and the cell tower header no longer overflow on narrow screens • Wi-Fi Direct no longer shows Disabled while discovery is running • Signal Logger logs first sightings, new, lost and anomaly events instead of every device every second • Wi-Fi Aware disables Attach Session on phones without the hardware
• For contributors • Unit tests grew from 127 to 313, covering 29 of 30 features • Debug builds get a flask icon in the top bar that loads sample data into hardware-dependent screens, so NFC, IR, UWB, Wi-Fi Aware, SDR and USB layouts can be checked without the hardware. Release builds contain no demo path.
