🌐 Mihomo Integration

AsteriskMETA uses the Mihomo networking engine to handle supported proxy configurations and traffic routing. It is intended for users who already have compatible configuration files or proxy resources.

🔧 Root-Based Networking Modes

• TPROXY: Uses transparent proxy routing with iptables and policy routing. • TUN: Uses Mihomo's TUN inbound with automatic routing and redirection. • TUN2SOCKS: Creates a TUN interface and forwards traffic to Mihomo's SOCKS5 inbound through the supported tunnel component. • BPF2SOCKS: Uses eBPF-based traffic capture and forwards it to Mihomo's SOCKS5 inbound.

BPF2SOCKS depends on eBPF support in the device kernel. The availability and behavior of root modes depend on the device, kernel, permissions, and configuration.

📂 Resource Management

The application supports local runtime resources and resource files retrieved from configured URLs. Users can maintain their resources and update supported subscriptions as needed.

⚙️ Automation & Controls

AsteriskMETA includes optional broadcast controls for supported actions, including starting or stopping the proxy and requesting subscription or resource updates. These controls are primarily useful for advanced setups and automation workflows.

📱 Android Integration

The application is designed specifically for Android and includes a dedicated graphical interface for selecting and managing its supported networking modes. The standard VPN mode and root-based modes have different requirements.
