What's new

v4.3.0Feb 22, 2026
  • Improvements
  • You can now configure the app to periodically export all shortcuts to a file or URL, or to import from a file or URL. This can be found on the "Import / Export" screen. Static variables can be marked as 'secret', which ensures that their value will not be displayed when editing the variable Password input fields now hide the password by default, but can be toggled to reveal it The custom icons screen now shows larger icons and displays a background behind each icon to make it easier to see them when they are of the same color as the screen's background In Scripting, you can now use shortcut.icon and shortcut.canonicalIcon to look up the current shortcut's current icon Additional heuristics were added to try and preserve the order of shortcuts when importing
  • Bugfixes
  • Fixed a bug that caused the web editor to fail when shortcuts with file parameters were used Fixed the disabled state for checkboxes on the Settings screen Miscellaneous The Event History now shows events for up to 7 days instead of only 12 hours The documentation for the vibrate() function now correctly lists the available patterns
