GitHub updates are now detected reliably. Some published releases could be missing from GitHub's release list, so the latest release is now checked directly as well. This fixes cases where a new version existed but was never shown. - Pre-releases and stable releases are now merged and deduplicated, so no release is missed either way. - The highest version among all candidates is now selected, instead of the first one GitHub happened to return. - Improved error handling: a missing release is now a normal result, while authentication, rate limits, and network errors are logged and shown. Cancelled refreshes are handled correctly. - Each repository now logs its candidate count, chosen tag, installed version, and pre-release setting, making future reports easier to diagnose.
