BeeP helps you keep track of workout time and reminds you when to take well deserved rest, over and over again. In a nutshell, two timers continuously count down while alternating between each other. Usage of BeeP is limitless and can be used for non workout related activities too. For example you can use Beep for: - interval running, - HIIT, - tabata, - circuit training, - yoga, - breathing exercises, - meditation, - boxing rounds, - calisthenics and basically anything else; use your imagination.
